I debated a very long time before buying this ottoman. I was really looking for black, didn't want silver nailhead, and was concerned the vinyl (faux leather) would look cheap. I am quite happy. I did make one mistake. I ordered one to see if I liked it. That first one was almost black and the nailhead were lined up perfectly! I ordered a second one. It was slightly lighter (no one else would even notice but my OCD comes out over this stuff). The nailheads on it are very good but not perfecto. Wished I'd ordered two at once. BUT, I am very happy with them! For me, this is a trendy piece (will be sick of and want to donate in 8 years). I do recommend them! Very comfy to sit on or put your feet up! Easy to move around! P.S. I'm going to paint the nailheads so they are not bright silver. My decor is transition, not contemporary.
