We really like the look of this table, and it would compliment many types of decor. Assembly would have been a breeze, if one of the supports for the bottom shelf were not missing. But I was able to fashion one using a slightly trimmed plastic wall anchor.

Aside from the classical and lovely look of this piece, there are two aspects which we did not like First is the drawer only extends open part way, so you have to reach blind for anything in the back half of it. There is a simple plastic tab underneath which prevents it from opening more, and this can either be fiddled with or discarded to suit your liking. Second, the bottom shelf is floating, and is not connected to the legs. It can lift straight up when assembled, like an adjustable bookcase shelf. It seems the legs could have been offered greater stability, support and security by having the bottom shelf anchored to them rather than floating. There is a slight gap in the corners of where it sits on the pegs and if you look you can tell it is not attached.

Overall this is a very nice piece of furniture.
