I bought this for my home spa and am really enjoying it. I can easily place about 20 hand towels comfortably and it heats up quickly but not so much that it burns your hands when taking them out. It's also very sturdy... I've had it for two short of time to give it 5 starts since it hasn't passed the test of time yet but so far I'm very pleased.
