I expected the arrival of this item within a week's timeframe due the selection of expedited shipping. After two weeks, the item never arrived and I was never provided with a tracking number upon completion of the order to track my package. I was informed that the package was shipped UPS and was scheduled to arrive on March 8. This date came and went and still no package. I received a fairly unapologetic response from Swiftmaps ignoring my request for a tracking number yet criticizing my rating of their product. However, within a short period of time, Swiftmaps did refund my entire purchase price.
