Chicology French Double Rail Sliding Panel Set Review

This is a nice looking product, Packaging was ok, we did not get the problems other reviewers had. Our product did not come with instructions so we went to the website and the available instructions are not quite the same we needed. For starters, the product does not come with ceiling setup and although installation showed 4 wall brackets, we got only 3. Our length was right for 3 brackets so were were ok. Our tracks came assembled, no need for those instructions. The brackets are threaded so the screws fit directly in the brackets. We attached the brackets to the tracks first THEN attached them to the wall. it was much easier to install for us. There are no instructions on how to finish the panels. It is easy to figure out just make sure you leave enough material at the end. Do not trim the ends until you figure that out. You can fold the edge with the metal piece then insert in the metal finishing piece and screw with the tiny screws. Also, we are missing the wand to move the panels. I will contact customer service for that. I am not sure this window treatments last a long time but they are very slick. Color is very nice, close to the picture. It matched the roman shade with same color name (that is a reason why we got this product). The fabric looks like linen and it is not completely opaque. Would I buy it again? Not sure, I have mixed feelings. I like the look now they are installed. A little quality goes a long way for customers. Should I had all pieces I would be much happier with it.
