I've had this humidor for nearly 5 months and absolutely love it. I recommend getting a humidification device, I have the XL Plus Oasis and haven't looked back since. This bookcase is gorgeous and sturdy. perfect for what i needed it for. didnt take long to build and there was zero damage to it... very well packaged. i would give it 5 stars but its much more pricey than what an ikea bookcase should be priced at and shipping costs are ridiculous... it took forever to ship as well... i feel like if im paying over $60 to ship i better get it tomorrow. a little irritated with that but aside from those factors... the unit itself is nice.

Twin Size EKKO-BED with Futon Mattress Review

I bought the Ekko bed over a year ago, in both the Full and Twin sizes, but not from Amazon.

I love the Twin bed and mattress (it might be different from Amazon's mattress offering, though). It *never* squeaks, and holds up well even with two people sleeping (and doing other, more boisterous things) in it.

The full size, however, isn't worth anything. I should have believed the phone rep. when he told me it's better in a guest bedroom, and not for daily use. After a few tries, we simply threw it out because of all the squeaking.

Together, we weigh about 255 lbs, and the squeaking occurred even if we were simply lying in it. It's because the horizontal slats on the Full size are not supported in the middle, so they're simply too long and tend to bend just enough to cause the squeaking. The similar "Nomad" bed might be better because of the middle support.

I'm giving this 5 stars because the Twin size deserves it and I don't want to detract from its rating, but hope anyone looking to buy a Full will consider the reviews and look elsewhere.

Victorio VKP1040 Stainless Steel Steam Juicer Review

I used this steam extractor for the first time yesterday. It worked great. Pot is just the right size and cleans up easily. It works on most fruits and sure beats all that mashing and straining. To use you just wash your fruit, load it in the top pan, put water in the bottom pan and drain off the juice, as it appears, out the tube, from the center pan.
I have used an older aluminum steamer for several years, but I'm happy with my upgrade to stainless.
The one thing I don't like about it--The steamer is made in China. We can make this in the U.S.A.!
